At SuperBatch, we are committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy explains our satisfaction guarantee for generated content.

1. No Refunds on Credit Purchases

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable once completed. This includes: - Credits are non-refundable regardless of whether they have been used or not - Once a credit package is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged - Credits are valid for the duration specified in your purchase plan

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our AI-generated content. If you experience issues with generated videos or images: - Quality Issues: If a generated video or image has technical problems, artifacts, or does not meet our quality standards, you can report the issue - Content Problems: If the generated content does not match your specifications due to a platform error (not user input) - Resolution Options: When you report an issue, we will: • Review the generation to identify the problem • Either regenerate the content at no additional cost • Or refund the credit(s) used for that specific generation

3. What is NOT Covered

Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover: - Subjective Preferences: Personal taste, style preferences, or creative direction differences - User Input Errors: Issues resulting from incorrect scripts, clip selections, or configuration choices - Platform Policy Violations: Content that violates advertising platform policies due to your input - Completed Generations: Credits already used for successful generations that meet our technical quality standards - Change of Mind: Decisions to not use purchased credits

4. How to Report an Issue

To report a content quality issue: 1. Use the "Report an Issue" button directly on any generated video or image in your dashboard 2. Alternatively, contact our support team via email 3. When reporting, include: • A clear description of the problem • What you expected vs. what you received 4. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days 5. You will receive a response with the resolution or next steps

5. Credits Policy

- Subscription-Based: SuperBatch operates on monthly or annual subscription plans - No Refunds: Subscription payments cannot be refunded once processed - Credit Transfers: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts or to other users - Credit Renewal: Credits renew each billing cycle (monthly or annually) - Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time, but credits do not roll over after cancellation

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

We may make exceptions to this policy in cases of: - Platform Outages: Extended service disruptions that prevent you from using your credits - System Errors: Technical issues on our end that result in credit deductions without successful generation - Fraudulent Charges: Unauthorized transactions on your account Each case will be reviewed individually, and we reserve the right to make final determinations on credit refund eligibility.

7. Credit Refund Process (For Quality Issues Only)

When a credit refund is approved for a quality issue: - Credits Restored: The credit(s) used for the problematic generation will be restored to your account - Timeline: Credit restoration typically occurs within 1-2 business days - Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once the credits have been restored
